This is a great self-reflection workbook that can be utilized in its entirety or as separate activity worksheets. There is a total of 16 pages which encourages self reflection around the students level of anxiety level and introduces the concept of concurrent emotions (i.e.: that one emotion can exist with others).
This resource primarily focuses on anxiety and worried but also explores the following emotions which exist concurrently. These include: anger, disgust, disappointment, excitement, furious, tired, scared, nervous, lonely, innocent, confused, embarrassed, happy, frustrated, worried, sad, shocked, surprised, proud, irritated.
There are a total of 16 worksheets which each one explores a social/emotional trigger for anxiety. For example, public speaking or trying something new. Students are encouraged to self-reflect on how they feel using rating scales, then with emotion visual are encouraged to explore con-current emotions.

All Therapy Resources pride ourselves on creating therapeutic, behavioural and educational resources that we use in-house within our own practice. This lesson has been specifically developed to support students with learning or intellectual difficulties to understand key aspects relating to:
SAFETY IN THE COMMUNITY
A mini lesson exploring tips and strategies for personal safety when you are out and about in the community. We explore tips for keeping you safe with strangers, when you are out on the town as well as exploring the risks associated with texting.
This lesson has been created to include key information in a easy to read manner with visuals to support information retention. Depending on the age, developmental level and key learning needs, Teachers, Parents, School Counsellors and other Allied Health Professionals should use their insight and judgement to determine whether the information contained in this lesson is suitable and appropriate for each individual student.
This lesson is built into a scaffold learning system with a total of 6 lessons. You can choose to use this lesson in isolation, however should you with to further build the knowledge around relationships and sexuality, feel free to check out the remainder of the lessons. The lessons include:

The following mini-lesson and craft activity is great to help students identify and sort your worries and help to clear your mind.
This lesson goes through the process of creating your own worry jar and spending designated “worry time” which is great for clearing out the mental clutter that builds up when we have too many worries.
Students are walked through the process in a fun, creative and engaging way to help them manage their worries, sort through what they can and can’t control and create an actionable plan.
